INGREDIENTS (makes about 5 patties)

  • 1lb. organic ground turkey 
  • ½ green zucchini, grated and squeezed of excess moisture
  • 1 scallion, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Garlic salt
  • Teriyaki Coconut Aminos
  • Organic Gluten- free buns
  • Organic heirloom tomato slices, lettuce, pickles, avocado
  • Other toppings of your choice
 

 DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, zucchini, , scallions, garlic salt, and parsley.  Shape into burger patties and arrange on a plate. Pour Teriyaki Coconut Aminos over patties.  Pour olive oil in hot pan and make burgers or BBQ them on up!
  2. Serve on a bun topped with more Teriyaki sauce and other toppings of your choice.
  3. I like mine bun-less with toppings:)
