INGREDIENTS (makes about 5 patties)
- 1lb. organic ground turkey
- ½ green zucchini, grated and squeezed of excess moisture
- 1 scallion, chopped (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Garlic salt
- Teriyaki Coconut Aminos
- Organic Gluten- free buns
- Organic heirloom tomato slices, lettuce, pickles, avocado
- Other toppings of your choice
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, zucchini, , scallions, garlic salt, and parsley. Shape into burger patties and arrange on a plate. Pour Teriyaki Coconut Aminos over patties. Pour olive oil in hot pan and make burgers or BBQ them on up!
- Serve on a bun topped with more Teriyaki sauce and other toppings of your choice.
- I like mine bun-less with toppings:)
