INGREDIENTS (all organic)

1 small head of purple cabbage

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cucumber diced

3 green onions sliced

1/2 cup pecans

1 small fuji apple diced

6 cherry tomatoes

cilantro or basil freshly diced

DRESSING (I like to double this for more)

3 tbsp. olive oil

1-2 tbsp lemon or lime juice

2 tsp maple syrup or more to taste

splash of coconut aminos

1 tsp. fresh minced ginger

1 tsp sea salt

DIRECTIONS

Chop all salad ingredients, mix salad dressing and Enjoy! Add protein if you want!
