INGREDIENTS- 4-6 servings
- 3 Breasts of Organic Chicken
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 6 cups Organic Bone Broth (I used Bonafide Provisions)
- 1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 3 -4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. Coconut Aminos
- chopped organic mushrooms
- chopped organic spinach
- raw cheese (optional) sprinkle on top
DIRECTIONS
Bake or instant pot Chicken beforehand . Boil Bone Broth in a pot. Scramble eggs and pour slowly into pot. Add all ingredients to pot. Add chopped chicken as well. Serve hot and enjoy!
