INGREDIENTS- 4-6 servings

  • 3 Breasts of Organic Chicken
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 6 cups Organic Bone Broth (I used Bonafide Provisions)
  • 1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 3 -4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Aminos
  • chopped organic mushrooms
  • chopped organic spinach
  • raw cheese (optional) sprinkle on top

DIRECTIONS

Bake or instant pot Chicken beforehand . Boil Bone Broth in a pot. Scramble eggs and pour slowly into pot. Add all ingredients to pot. Add chopped chicken as well. Serve hot and enjoy!
