INGREDIENTS
1 Cup almonds
3-4 cups good water
4 small dates or 2 large ones
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Add your soaked almonds, water, and all ingredients to a vita-mix or high speed blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Keep it running for at least 1-2 minutes so you get the most out of your almonds.
Strain using a nut bag (amazon has one). Simply pour milk into bag and squeeze all the milk into a large bowl.
Transfer milk to a jar or covered bottle and refrigerate. Will keep for up to a 3-4 days, though best when fresh. Shake well before drinking, as it tends to separate.
