1-2 large Organic Sweet potatoes 

Sea Salt 

2 tbsp. Olive oil or more



Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash potatoes.

Slice potatoes not too thick.  The thinner you cut them the crispier they will be. You can take off skin or leave on if you like. Toss potatoes with olive oil, sea salt and paprika in separate bowl. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10-20 min flipping them to make sure they don’t burn.
