INGREDIENTS

2 cups milk ( I used Coconut milk, but any kind would work)

41/2 T Chia seeds

Zest and juice 1/2 lemon

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 Cup raspberries

1 T honey or maple syrup

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a large, sealable container.  Make sure all the chia seeds are mixed in, give a good stir.

Let sit overnight in fridge at least 8 hours

Serve cold with topping of choice (add addtional honey, raspberries, granola, seeds, nuts, etc)
