Blend well and put in a pretty glass…

INGREDIENTS (serves 2)

1 cup coconut or almond milk

½ cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)

1 teaspoon honey

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 medium banana

6 ice cubes


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well.  Taste and adjust sweetener, if desired. Enjoy!!!!!
