INGREDIENTS

1 cup gluten free rolled oats

1/2 cup crunchy organic peanut butter

1/2 cup ground flax seed

1/3 cup raw honey (I use less)

1 tsp. vanilla

1/4 cup craisins

Coconut flakes (optional)

Enjoy chocolate chips (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a mixer or mix by hand.  Roll into balls and roll over coconut flakes if desired. Place in fridge or freezer..
