1 cup organic coconut milk, almond milk, or coconut water ( check out my almond/coconut milk recipe too)

1/2 avocado

1/2 cup frozen organic berries

1 T. Pea protein .. I get mine at will post below..other powders are optional.

1 T coconut oil

1 T Flaxseed

Handful of Spinach (optional)


These powders are super good but optional. I get them at one of my fave places called Raw Revelation in Murrieta. You can get them online too:) They all have super high nutritional value as well!


Place all ingredients in Vitamix or blender including 1 T of each powder,1/2 avocado, berries and milk.

Blend and serve!
