INGREDIENTS (serves 4)

1-1/2 lbs. Grass-fed beef

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

1/4 cup chopped onions

2-3 garlic cloves minced

1 can organic kidney beans

1 can black beans

2 tsp Thyme

2 tsp. Cumin

Garlic salt as needed

2 cans diced organic tomatoes

1 cup organic marinara sauce

1 can organic salsa 

Cilantro (optional)

Raw cheese (optional)

DIRECTIONS

In a large skillet, brown grass-fed beef. In a smaller skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic and onion until lightly brown. Add seasoning to beef and add all additional ingredents to meat. Bring to a boil, then bring down to a simmer for at least 20 minutes to an hour.

You can also make this in an Instant Pot. 

I love to add raw cheese on top, avocado, or whatever sounds good to you!
