2 cups raw walnuts

1/4 cup Enjoy Chocolate chips

For the caramel:

½ cup creamy almond butter

⅓ cup pure maple syrup

⅓ cup coconut oil, melted

1 tsp. vanilla extract

¼ tsp. kosher salt



For the caramel filling, combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan and heat until all of the ingredients are melted and throughly combined.  Add 1/4 cup Enjoy Chocolate Chips to carmel sauce and stir till mixed thoroughly. Add walnuts to caramel sauce in sauce pan and stir till walnuts are coated. Place on parchment paper. Make sure they are spread out evenly to dry. Place on cooking sheet and stick in freezer till hardened. Then you can stick the walnuts in a baggie to store in freezer.  Eat as a treat or add to a salad.
