INGREDIENTS (20 balls)
1 cup raw walnuts
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raw pecans or almonds
3 large dates
2 Tbs maple syrup
1/2 cup + 1Tbs coconut oil (melted)
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups almond meal
3/4 cups coconut flour
1 tsp. sea salt, cinnamon, cardamon and ginger spice.
2 Tbsp. Almond Butter
Add more spices for more flavor if you wish.
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to a Cuisinart and blend. Using a cookie scooper, make the dough out of balls and place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place in Freezer with saran wrap. Then I put them in a baggy and keep in the freezer for a quick snack on the run. So good!
Why didn’t I do these years ago!? My girls and I had fun putting these no-bake goodies together this morning and couldn’t wait until they froze. Looking forward to snacking on what’s left of these during the week. So yummy! Perfect snack and sweet tooth fix.
