Ingredients (12 muffins)

  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 6 tbsp. Coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 3/4 c. almond flour
  • 1/4 c. coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp.  baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. himalayan sea salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in mixer. Pour batter in sprayed muffin tins and bake for 20-25 min.
