INGREDIENTS (makes 24-30 cookies) 

1/3 Cup coconut oil (melted)

1 tsp. baking soda (Bobs Red mill)

2 Cups Cassava Flour

dash of sea salt

1 Cup cashew butter

1 cup Maple Syrup

2- tsp. vanilla

DIRECTIONS

Put all ingredients in mixer till fluffy  and scoop on cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 8-10 min.  I like them softer, so 8 min was perfect for me. Let cool and devour:)
