1 LB Swordfish

1 lemon

1/4 cup Olive oil

Sea salt to taste

Balsamic Vinegar (flavored one is best)


1. Salt Fish

2. Pour olive oil over fish

3. Lightly squeeze lemon on top of fish

4. Drizzle balsamic on top

5. If you have nutty topping, sprinkle on fish 

6. Heat up cast iron pan and sauté for 1 minute on each side

7. Place pan in 350F degree oven for 20 min until cooked and flaky

Serve with veggies rice, or potatoes or all of it!!
