INGREDIENTS
(serves 4)
Large Spaghetti Squash
Organic Marinara Sauce
Raw Parmesan cheese (optional)
Organic Chicken Meatballs (Costco)
Garlic salt for season
DIRECTIONS:
Boil water and add Spaghetti Squash for 20 min or so until soft. Knife should be able to go through quickly. Slice it in half lengthwise with sharp knife. Using a spoon, scoop all seeds and pulp out. Rake a fork back and forth to get all the spaghetti out of shell.
Pour hot marinara over spaghetti, add meatballs and season and stir in. Sprinkle cheese on top in desired and enjoy!
