INGREDIENTS

1lb. Fresh Asparagus

2 tbls. Pine-nuts

3 tbls. Organic Butter

1 tsp. Balsamic vinegar

1 tbl. Parmesan cheese

Add Salt and Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Put asparagus in a cooking dish, melt butter on top with Balsamic vinegar,  pine nuts,  salt and pepper…Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until done…

Sprinkle Parmesan on top!
