INGREDIENTS
8 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk ( I like MALK or homemade)
1/2 cup crushed ice or more
1 tsp Vanilla
1 ripe banana (frozen is best)
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 avocado (1/4 cup)
2 tbsp. raw cacao
2 tbsp. almond butter
Perfect bar (optional) to top
DIRECTIONS
Put all in vitamix or blender and enjoy!
