INGREDIENTS (2 cups)
1 15-ounce can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/8 cup organic maple syrup
1/4 cup pure unsweetened apple juice
1/4 lemon, juiced
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
pinch sea salt

DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to a large saucepan or pot over medium-high heat and stir to combine. Once it begins bubbling, reduce heat to low and simmer. Cook, uncovered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Enjoy on pancakes, piece of happy camper gluten free toast or whatever sounds good!
