INGREDIENTS
2 cups gluten-free oats
Cinnamon to taste
1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
Toss in any nuts or granola
Sliced blueberries/strawberries/bananas or any fruit to top
stevia/honey to taste
Flax seeds, sunflower seeds, chia…all optional
DIRECTIONS
Boil water, add oats, add coconut oil, stir till soft. Add flaxseed, cinnamon, nuts, etc. to taste. Then top with fruit and honey. Enjoy!
