2 1/2 cups blanched almond flour

2 egg

4 tsp. extra virgin olive oil

6 drops stevia or 2 tsp. honey

2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary

1/2 tsp. sea salt

1/2 tsp. garlic salt

1/2 tsp. baking soda


Preheat oven to 350F

Place all the ingredients in a mixer to mix and. Form a ball to roll out the dough.

Roll out flat for crispier crust and thicker for not crispy. Bake for 12 minutes, then add pesto or marinara for taste. Add toppings and cheese.

Bake another 20 min or so.  Watch until crust browns to your liking.

Ps. I added chicken, cauliflower, mushrooms, tomatoes and raw cheese. Feel free to throw on your personal favorite toppings.
