INGREDIENTS (makes about 2 cups)

1 Yellow Organic Onion

2 Tbls. fresh ginger (I used sushi ginger from The Ginger people)

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup white vinegar

1 cup coconut aminos

 

DIRECTIONS

Blend in a food processor or blender. Marinate with chicken, or any meat. Great for dipping meat, veggies etc. I love this in a stir-fry too!
