INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup organic oats

3 cups distilled water

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp vanilla

2 tsp maple syrup

1 date (optional)

 

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in blender or vita-mix for about 30 seconds. Place fine mesh strainer over a bowl and strain the milk. Makes sure the extra oatmeal doesn’t get in the milk to make it creamier.  If this happens you can always blend again. Also, straining for a second time works great too.

Pour milk in a bottle. Chill and enjoy! Love my oat milk in tea, coffee, lattes etc.
