HOW TO MAKE FROSTING
First to make healthy powdered sugar.
*1 cup coconut flour
*2 tsp. tapioca flour
Add coconut sugar and tapioca flour to your Vitamix.. Make sure lid is on as it will become like powdered sugar and go everywhere! Blend till super soft.
2 ounces of Cream Cheese softened (I used kite hill cream cheese)
2 tablespoons butter softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar (see above to make it)
2 teaspoons almond or coconut milk
Add ingredients to mixer and mix till creamy like frosting:) Set aside
INGREDIENTS FOR DONUTS (8 DONUTS)
6 tbsp. organic butter
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. sea salt
Add all ingredients to mixer till creamy. Pour in sprayed Donut hole pan to the top and smooth over. I used a avocado spray for pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
Let cool and take out carefully. Make sure they are completely cooled before frosting them. Enjoy!!
