First make sure you have the ice-cream molds here..
How to make the Ice-cream
1 cup full fat organic coconut milk (refrigerated), plus 3 tbsp. liquid from can (look at directions)
1/4 cup cashew butter or almond butter or any butter you like 🙂
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
To make chocolate
1 Hu Chocolate bar of choice or 1 cup enjoy chocolate chips (add more if needed)
1 tbsp. coconut oil
Place chocolate in a bowl with coconut oil and microwave for a minute or so until smooth to stir.
To make the ice-cream, add all ingredients in a blender. Make Sure coconut milk is in fridge overnight to harden. Blend well. Pour in molds and freeze right away. Make sure the stick is in there before you freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid. Then take out of mold and dip asap into chocolate. Then place on wax paper and place in freezer asap to freeze. These pops come with a baggie that you can put in when their frozen so you don’t get freezer burn. Its so easy! Looks harder than it is! And tastes so good!
