1 can Organic Coconut milk
2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
Any Fruit you like
Bake Pizza Crust in oven per directions.
Freeze the milk over night. Carefully open can and scoop the thick white coconut chunk that has risen to the top into your mixer at high speed. Mix cream for 20-30 seconds until smooth…add vanilla and maple syrup, give another blend till peaks like whip cream. Keep extra coconut cream in refridgerator when done for extra fruit dipping.
Let crust cool. Spread cream over pizza crust. Add sliced fruit and Enjoy.
Optional-Drizzle honey on top.
