INGREDIENTS (4 SERVINGS)
3 cups cooked long-grained organic sprouted brown rice
4 Organic chicken breasts baked and diced
1 Tbsp sesame oil
3 Tbsp Coconut aminos (tastes like soy sauce)
1 Tbsp Olive oil
2 large eggs
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 onion diced
2 carrots diced
1 red pepper diced
Garlic Salt to taste
Cilantro (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Make 3 cups of rice in rice maker. While rice is cooking, pour olive oil in pan with garlic and onion. Sauté till light brown, add carrots and bell pepper. Crack eggs into pan and stir fry into pan till cooked. Add rice, chicken and sauces. Add Garlic salt for taste. Mix and fry up and serve!
