INGREDIENTS 10-12 BALLS
3/4 cup cashew butter
1 cup organic oats
3/4 cup shredded coconut flakes
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp. chia seeds
2 tbsp. squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp. lemon zest
1/4 cup coconut flakes (for rolling balls in)
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients above and roll into small balls . Roll into coconut flakes and freeze.
