INGREDIENTS
(SERVES 4-6)
4 large tomatoes, sliced into thick slices
1 pound fresh mozzarella, sliced into thick slices
1/2 cup loosely packed basil leaves
Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Cut Mozzarella and tomatoes in rounds, place cheese on top of tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper . Place loose leaves around cheese and tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
