INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of veganese or mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. kosher salt
4 oz. snow peas
3.5 lbs. baby peas, frozen
5 oz. water chestnuts, sliced
3 oz. bacon, cooked and chopped
2.5 oz red onion to taste
DIRECTIONS
Mix together dressing
add peas (thawed and dried)
Mix together and chill for 2-4 hours. The colder, the better!
