INGREDIENTS
1 Pint cherry or grape tomatoes
1 Avocado
1/2 cup Shredded Carrots
2 tbsp. Basil or Cilantro
2 small Cucumbers
1 Red Pepper
1 cup mozzarella (Trader Joe’s has a great one) or any cheese (goat cheese in pic)
DRESSING
1 tsp. Garlic powder
2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar ( I used fig)
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
Directions
Slice and dice all veggies ,add cheese, dressing and seasoning.
