INGREDIENTS

1 lb Grass-fed Beef for Patties (2 oz. Per taco)

Raw Cheese

Arugula/Any lettuce

Coyotes Tortilla (small street taco ones)

Pickles

For secret sauce-

2 tsp. Mustard

2 tbsp.Ketchup

2 tbsp. Organic plain Yogurt

1 tsp. Garlic powder

2 tsp. Apple cider vinegar or pickle juice

Salt/Pepper

Splash of honey or maple syrup (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Make small beef patties and set aside- season them well (taco seasoning is good too)

Butter pan and place small tortllas in pan fry quickly on each side, add patty and flip and fry till done.

Add cheese on top

Make secret sauce – mix all ingredients in bowl and top on burger add pickles and YUMMM.
