Ingredients
- 1 can organic coconut milk, full-fat (refrigerated)
- 6 Tablespoons maple syrup
Silicone molds for ice pops here
Chocolate dip-
- 1/2 cup to 1 cup Enjoy Chocolate Chips
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- walnuts (optional)
Instructions
Place coconut milk in fridge over-night. Scoop out meat and the water and stick in a blender with maple syrup. Process until smooth.
Pour in molds and put in freezer till hard. About 2 hrs. Take out and mix chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl and microwave till smooth. Dip bars in ice-cream fast and place in baggies and back in freezer to eat!
