INGREDIENTS (serves 4)
1 bag Quinoa pasta without corn from Traders
Broccoli
2 Organic Chicken Breast (baked and diced)
Bell Pepper
Cilantro
Garlic salt
Sesame Seeds
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Sesame Peanut Sauce
1/2 cup organic peanut oil
2 tbsp. coconut aminos
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp minced garlic
sesame seeds to sprinkle on top
Directions
Add all ingredients to make sauce. Set aside. Bake chicken and cut in little pieces. Boil Quinoa pasta(add a little olive oil and salt to it) Cook till al dente. Steam or stir-fry broccoli, cut up bell pepper and add all in ingredients including sauce to pasta. Give a good stir. Add some garlic salt and cilantro. Add parmesan on top if desired.
