INGREDIENTS (Serves 24 wings, 6 people depending on how much they eat)
24 Organic Chicken Wings
2 tsp. Garlic salt
2 tsp. Onion powder
2 tsp.Smoked paprika
Chili powder (optional for more of a kick)
2 tsp.Ground cumin
Parsley
Olive oil
Organic Hot Sauce
For dipping sauce- I dipped these in Primal Kitchen Avocado dressing and it was so good! Also, you can make my Ranch dressing on site. For no spice, you can just add honey or BBQ sauce.
DIRECTIONS-
Instant Pot – I love how fast the instant pot cooks these babies..Toss seasoning over all the wings, Then add the bottom tray to pot, add 1 cup of water, then add wings on top of wire tray. Put Poultry bottom, bring pressure down to 10 minutes. When done, toss with favorite sauce and broil for 5 minutes, then turn and broil 5 minute more till crispy. Add more sauce if needed and enjoy.
To Bake
Wash wings well and pat dry. Add to bowl and pour olive oil over wings to coat, then add seasoning and give them a good toss. You can add seasoning all together then toss or just sprinkle in bowl and toss. Place on oiled cookie sheet or parchment paper. Spread evenly, sprinkle parsley on top and bake at 400 degrees for 30 min. Flip wings half way through. For crispier wings, bake another 10 minutes. Add some hot sauce to a small bowl and brush the sauce on to the wings. That way if you want a lot you can or make it mild.
