INGREDIENTS (Serves 4-6)
Organic Skinless chicken breast 2-4
Half or whole Large Onion, chopped
32 ounces Bonafide Provisions Chicken Bone Broth
2-4 tblsp. olive oil
3 garlic cloves chopped
3 whole stalks of celery
3 whole Carrots, Peeled And Chopped
Organic Broccoli ,chopped
1 Tbsp.. garlic salt- or more to taste
Basil, Thyme, parsely or whatever season you like!
For instant pot:
Add chicken with olive oil and hit the saute button, cook chicken and all ingredients . Hit the off button and then close it and hit soup for 10 min.
For Regular pot over stove..
Add Broth/bone broth to pot, add all veggies and chicken to boil then cook on medium/low till soft and ready.
Add chicken and all ingredients to a of crock pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cover and simmer for a half an hour, then remove chicken carcass (skin all fat off and chop chicken up.) Strain soup and vegetables, add chicken back and return to pot for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until chicken is done, vegetables are tender, and soup flavor is divine. (you strain so their are no bones left.) Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Serve in a bowl, then sprinkle black pepper over the top if desired.
