INGREDIENTS

Coconut oil or Olive oil

5 Organic Eggs

2 large Organic Mushrooms (dice them)

Handful of Organic Spinach

Goat Cheese

Organic Chicken Sausage

Handful of Micro-Greens

(any veggie will work)

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Put a good scoop of oil covering the bottom of the cast iron skillet. Add all diced veggies in skillet, saute for a minute…add eggs on top.  Add some goat cheese. You may add a little veggies on top again for anesthetic purpose. (optional) Let frittata cook on low to medium for a couple minutes..Place cast iron in oven on broil till done.
