INGREDIENTS
Organic Chicken cubed and bakes
Diced organic veggies such as..cauliflower, mushrooms, broccoli, asparagus (whatever you like)
Organic Olive oil
Cashews (optional) (chopped in small pieces)
Sesame Seeds
Minced Ginger 2-3 tbsp. for veggies and same for chicken
Garlic salt as desired
Coconut aminos as desired
DIRECTIONS
Stir-fry Veggies in olive oil with garlic salt and minced ginger. While this is going, start frying up your chicken in olive oil, garlic salt and minced Ginger. When these are almost all cooked, splash coconut aminos on the veggies and chicken for extra flavor. Combine veggie and chicken. Add cashews if you like and heat for another couple minutes. Then sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy!
Hi! I thought I saw a post for this recipe in an Instant Pot. How would you adjust this recipe and the time? I wanted to try it bc you have posted more than once that this is a go to recipe that your family likes and it’s easy leash. Thnx for all your awesome posts and suggestions!
Hi! You can def try it in the instant pot! Just fry up your chicken in there and add the ginger and goods all in the pot just as you would on the cook pot.. I like it better as a stir-fry personally! You can just make ginger chicken too.. adding breast/ginger, veggies etc and hit poultry button .. hope that helps!
Very tasty! What I like about this & some of Debbie’s other recipes Is that there so versatile you can substitute using other veggies etc…I didn’t have any sesame seeds & it was still good.
