Organic Chicken cubed and bakes

Diced  organic veggies such as..cauliflower, mushrooms, broccoli, asparagus (whatever you like)

Organic Olive oil

Cashews (optional) (chopped in small pieces)

Sesame Seeds

Minced Ginger 2-3 tbsp. for veggies and same for chicken

Garlic salt as desired

Coconut aminos as desired


Stir-fry Veggies in olive oil with garlic salt and minced ginger. While this is going, start frying up your chicken in olive oil, garlic salt and minced Ginger. When these are almost all cooked, splash coconut aminos on the veggies and chicken for extra flavor. Combine veggie and chicken. Add cashews if you like and heat for another couple minutes. Then sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy!
