INGREDIENTS
Organic Carrots
Organic Broccoli
Organic Cauliflower
Organic Brussel Sprouts
Any Veggie you want:)
Organic Olive olive oil
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Balsamic Vinegar (flavored ones are yummy)
Seasoning of choice: -Basil, Parsley, Thyme, Rosemary, etc.
Cayenne Pepper for some heat if you want
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, stir together olive oil and seasoning. Toss with vegetables until they are coated. Spread evenly on a large roasting pan. Roast for 10-30 minutes in the preheated oven, stirring every 10 minutes, or until veggies are cooked through and browned. Serve with hummus, meat bowl or whatever sounds good!
These roasted veggies were so yummy!!! Gotta make these at least once a week!!!
