INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 tsp. sea salt

2 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. cinnamon 

1/4 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 tsp. ground cloves

1/2 tsp.  ground ginger (optional)

3 eggs

1/2 cup canned or fresh pumpkin

1/4 cup butter 

1 tsp. vanilla

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut sugar

 

TOPPING-

3-4 tbsp. melted butter in bowl

2 tsp cinnamon 

1-2 tbsp coconut sugar

(mix cinnamon and sugar in same bowl)

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Add all Ingredients to mixer and blend well. Add more flour of either one if too wet. You should be able to make them into balls. Soft is ok.  Roll dough into small balls. Using small muffin pans, spray with avocado spray or olive oil and put balls in bottom of pan. Bake for 15 min. I like them a little moist. Up to you:) Then make the topping. Melt butter in bowl, drizzle on top when warm and sprinkle  the cinnamon /sugar topping. Let cool and take out. And then devour 🙂
