INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter (salted preferably)
3/4 cup Organic Dates pitted
1 cup Gluten free oats
1/4 cup Enjoy Chocolate Chips
Dash of sea salt
DIRECTIONS

Add oats and salt (optional) to a food processor and blend into a flour. Add dates and blend for 30 seconds more or until finely chopped. Add peanut butter and blend until a dough forms. Add chips and stir with hand.

Scoop out 2-Tbsp amounts of dough and carefully form into balls. Place on a parchment-lined pan or tray and stick in fridge.
These are delicious! I made these because I was trying to find a way of getting dates into my daily diet while I’m pregnant (I was told it could help with labor pains). I love the simplicity and the health benefits, plus I had all these ingredients at my house already! These are a win all around and super easy to make!

I love this recipe! Easy to make and super healthy. Two or three of these energy balls are just enough to keep me going. Made it three times in the past two weeks for my family. Even made a batch for my hubs and I to snack on at Disneyland last week!
