INGREDIENTS

Handful of  Spinach

1 cup  frozen Mango

2 tbsp.. lemon greek yogurt (I used sheep) any non-dairy is fine or dairy

1 scoop protein powder

1/2 frozen banana

1 cup Coconut water (add more if needed)

DIRECTIONS

Throw all ingredients in vita-mix or blender. Blend well. If fruit is not frozen add lots of ice.
