4 Tbsp. Grass-fed butter (2 tbsp. goes in batter) 2tbsp. for pan

1/2 cup almond milk (I like Malk brand)

1/2 cup almond flour

4 large organic eggs 

3 tbsp. maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp. sea salt

zest one lemon 

1 cup organic blueberries


Preheat over to 450. In a mixer or blender, add all ingredients besides blueberries and blend well.

Then heat up 10 inch cast iron skillet, add 2 tbsp. butter to pan on medium heat. Melt butter and add in one cup of blueberries then mixture to pan asap.  Place in oven for about 15 min or until done, browned and fluffy.
