INGREDIENTS
1 cup Gluten Free Flour (I used Bob’s)
1 cup Dairy free Yogurt
1 tsp. Olive oil
Sea salt (pinch)
Rosemary or whatever herb
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Make dough into big ball, adding some extra flour to make it solid. Cut in half and flatten with hand to make bread. Do this to both halves. Once flatten, fry with no oil just dry in frying pan on med heat till done. Sprinkle herbs on top. Cook till not doughy inside but crisp on the outside. Serve with olive oil and vinegar. Or marinara sauce. Great for a side bread to any meal!
I have made this twice now, it is so good! And so easy to make! It hit the spot when I had soup, it was the perfect side.
