3 Large Organic Cucumbers

1 1/2 cups Shredded Organic Carrots

Sesame Seeds

DRESSING  “Basil Lemon Vinaigrette” (on website here as well)

1 cup tightly packed fresh organic  basil leaves, stems removed

1 clove garlic

1 1/2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar

1/4  cup olive oil

Squeeze of lemon

Salt and Pepper



Spiralized Cucumbers in Cuisinart or was food processor. Add shredded carrots and sprinkle sesame seeds to salad. Make Dressing in cuisinart also.  Lightly dress the salad with the Basil Vinaigrette.
