INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup golden flax seed meal
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup organic coconut oil (melted)
1/2 cup organic almond milk or nut milk
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a mixer, mix all ingredients well. The dough will gradually be moist enough to form into a ball. Form dough into ball on parchment paper and roll out flat. I put another piece of parchment on top and then rolled it flat enough to make crackers. Use a sharp knife to make lines to form cracker size. (see below) Transfer crackers to cookie sheet and bake for 20 min or until lightly brown. I love to dip these in hummus!
I Love these! I sprinkled a little pink Himalayan salt on top before baking. Going to have to be careful that these crackers & the hummus (recipe found on site) don’t become my new addiction!
