INGREDIENTS (Makes 5 large balls) 10 small balls

1/4 cup organic oats

1/2 cup raw almonds

1/2 cup  raw cashews

3  organic dates

1-2 tbsp organic maple syrup

1/3 cup organic coconut oil (melted)

1 tsp. organic vanilla

1 tsp. organic cinnamon

1 tsp. organic  all spice

1/2 tsp organic cloves

1/2 tsp organic nutmeg

1/2 tsp organic cardamon

1/4 cup coconut flakes, and another 1/4 cup to save to roll ball into.

1 tsp sea salt

DIRECTIONS

Put all ingredients in a Food Processor and grind till smooth. Make sure you save 1/4 cup of the coconut flakes.  Use a cookie scooper and make into balls. Roll in coconut flakes. I made big balls, but you can make them smaller too. Place in fridge or out on counter. You can even freeze them for later. They last a long time!! Enjoy with some coffee or tea…YUM!!!
