INGREDIENTS (4 SERVINGS)
1 cup Quinoa
1 1/2 cups water
2 large apples diced
4 tsp. cinnamon
Chop apples into bite sized pieces
Add quinoa, water and apples to instant pot or sauce pan. For Instant Pot, add all ingredients besides honey and cinnamon. Push the rice button for 12-14 min. The apples will be soft and quinoa will have absorbed the water. For sauce pan bring to a boil, cover and reduce to simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Stir in cinnamon and honey and enjoy!
