INGREDIENTS (makes 10)
1.5 Cups dates
1/3 cup flax seed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup craisins
2 tbsp. Coconut Oil (may need more)
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor, I use my vitamix
Add more oil if needed to make into balls
Roll into balls and refrigerate for an hour
enjoy!!
